Victoria is an AI receptionist service operated by EverLabs Software Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we handle and how, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who is the data controller?
For enquiries you send us through this website, EverLabs Software Ltd is the controller. When Victoria answers calls on behalf of a business that subscribes to our service, that business is the controller of its callers' data and we act as its processor.
What we collect
- Website enquiries: the name, business, email, phone number and message you submit in our contact form.
- Demo calls: if you call our demo line, the call audio and transcript may be processed to operate and improve the demo.
- For subscribers' calls: caller phone number, the message details a caller leaves, call transcripts and summaries — handled on the subscribing business's behalf.
- Technical: basic, privacy-respecting analytics if enabled (see Cookies).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you've asked about.
- To pass messages to the relevant business and to operate, secure and improve Victoria.
- We do not sell your data, ever.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent (when you contact us), on the performance of a contract (to provide the service), and on our legitimate interests in running and improving a secure service.
Sharing
We use trusted processors to deliver the service — for example telephony (call handling), email/SMS delivery, AI language processing, and form delivery. They process data only on our instructions. Messages Victoria takes are shared only with the business you called.
Retention
We keep enquiry and call data only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, or object to processing. Contact info@advantecit.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. If we enable analytics, only minimal, privacy-respecting measurement is used, and we'll show a cookie notice at that point.
